We entertain clients that seek an extraordinary experience and want their story told in a unique, creative, and fun manner.

To ensure that we are able to do our best work, we require an investment that clients like you are willing to make when they are serious about the quality of entertainment at their event. This guarantees that we are a perfect client-vendor match. On our end, we invest an ample amount of time and creative energy into your event and because of this, we can only take on 25 – 30 weddings per year. We believe firmly in quality over quantity.

So, what will it all cost? Since every event has unique dynamics such as guest count, location, visions etc. we can’t forecast the price of an event we know nothing about. What we can tell you is that the average client investment is anywhere between four and six thousand dollars for most weddings.

There are 4 main factors that go into calculating our fee:


“My talent fee is what allows me the time and creative space to put my best work in front of you and your guests. Most of this is done before your event gets here and paves the way for our journey to success. This is what allows me to tell your story through the soundtrack of your day. This fee will vary depending on a few things but starts right around 3 thousand dollars”. Thomas Dean


Enhancements are production items that aren’t absolutely necessary but add awesomeness to the experience you and your guests are immersed in. Some examples include Co2 cannons, uplighitng, cold spark fountains, cloud effects for special dances, monogram projections, etc.


The production fee is what covers all of the essential elements provided by us that make it possible to bring everything to fruition on event day from sound equipment for one or more locations, microphones, DJ booths, an assistant or 2 to help with setup and strike of equipment, etc. This fee will vary based on event size, layout, location, and other tangible resources we provide.


Travel fees are usually charged when your event is outside of the greater Tucson area. There will be no markup on certain travel expenses like airfare, hotel rooms, meals, uber rides etc. while things like additional nights away from home will incur additional costs in most cases.


As a small business and the limited number of events we accept each year we do not offer general discounts. However when you are referred to us by certain event planning and design teams we may charge a lesser fee as our workload is lighter.


“This starts with a discussion of your visions and goals, figuring out how you want to feel, and the way you want you and your event to be remembered. My service proposal will have what I see as a great fit for your event but the final decision is yours to make. If at any point in the qualification process I feel like I am not the perfect DJ for your event or for any reason I am unable to provide you with my best work, I promise to show you the courtesy and respect by letting you know so that you do no waste time energy or money for something that is not worthwhile” – Thomas Dean
