Hi  Sarah,

It is a pleasure each and every time that I get the opportunity to serve one of your clients and would absolutely love to do so again..

Below is my most current collection of services including the foundational items as well as enhancements I offer. A more personalized propsal can be put together based on your clients interests but this is a broad view of what is available.

As always, my goal isn’t to do as many things as possible for as many people as possible, but to do a few things at a super high level for the right people.

Essential Services

This scope of services are at the core of what is necessary for me to provide my best work

Creative + Talent Components

Creative Component: I will invest as much time and energy as needed to give me full confidence that I am prepared and able to tell your story through specific transition methods and soundtrack planning for all of the individual events that make up your wedding day. This includes an initial musical foundation meeting followed by an exclusive, deep dive into getting to know you as individuals, as a couple, and how you want your event to be remembered by all. Talent Component: My skills as a Master of Ceremonies and Event Host as well as my abilities as a music mixologist, turntablist and music programmer. All of which I have spent tens of thousands of dollars and hours learning, practicing, perfecting and teaching. While this will be to your benefit during the entire process, it will be most visible to you during the event.

Basic Production Elements

These are the essential components required to make it possible to deliver the core services needed for ceremony, social/cocktail hour, dinner and the dance party that follows - Wireless microphone(s) and audio system for your ceremony (handheld or lapel style) - Ceremony soundtrack including prelude, processional, in-ceremony, and recessional music selections as requested - Curated social/cocktail hour playlist and audio system - Tasteful DJ booth (choice of rustic, plush, or modern/slim) - Sound activated LED dancefloor lighting - Wireless microphone for toasts - Premium audio systems in all locations - On site assistant

Available Enhancements

These items are not mission critical but can potentially provide extra levels of elegance, energy and wow factor

Wireless Uplighting

Tasteful but not overdone. Color(s) to be determined. Will add a touch of elegance and warmth to the event space.

Cold Sparks

Adds a ton of energy and excitement to key moments of the evening

Cryo Canons

Plumes of dense white smoke blasted from handheld canons during dancing. Approx (20) 2 second bursts per cannon

Dancefloor Light Upgrade

Premium lighting fixtures found in the video production and music festival world, scaled and programmed to add maximum energy to a wedding after party. Ideal when EDM or similar music will be featured heavily.

Monogram Projection

On dancefloor or behind head/sweetheart table. Looks great in photos.
