I’m Thomas Dean. I’ve been behind a mic and turntables for a long time. In 2015, I turned that experience into Elite Mobile Entertainment and focused specifically on weddings and private events. The couples that book me are the ones who want their wedding to actually sound like them, not like a template with their names swapped in.

In the years since, Elite Mobile Entertainment has grown into Arizona’s most awarded wedding and private event DJ service: a five-time AZ Foothills Magazine honoree, back-to-back wins with Arizona Bride, seven straight years as Wedding Rule’s top Tucson DJ. The job hasn’t changed though. I still sit down with every couple, learn what they actually like, and build the night around it instead of running a script.

Along the way I picked up time in radio and hospitality too, which is probably why I care more about pacing and reading a room than about having the biggest speaker stack. A wedding lives or dies on timing: how the first dance actually lands, whether the room empties or fills after dinner, whether your grandmother and your college roommates are both having a good time at the same reception. That’s the part I actually work on.
